Last Saturday night, Mercy Me Marketing hosted the Lakes Bar Launch Party at the Hotel.
It was a night filled with flavoursome food, delightful drinks and live music. The bar boasts an outdoor lakefront terrace on the tranquil waters of West Lakes. There is also a cosy indoor double sided fireplace, which will be perfect for the cooler months ahead.

Knots Kitchen provided a selection of scrumptious hors d'oeuvres; arancini, caprese skewers, dumplings and spring rolls, just to name a few. Knots Kitchen is one of the newest additions to the Hotel and offers buffet breakfasts, along with an extensive a la carte menu for lunch and dinner too.

I tried an assortment of drinks from the enticing menu, but the Ambra Lime Blush definitely took the cake for me! If you’re after something different, then try a barista made coffee, smoothie or freshly squeezed juice from Mr Neptune’s Café, right across from the bar.
The vicinity surrounding the bar is a sporting enthusiast’s dream. It has 2 full HD LED screens, dedicated to SKY racing channels, and is home to UBET facilities.
