Is there anything more perfect than sipping cocktails on the beach, wind flowing through your hair and sand gliding between your toes?

I'm gonna say that there's not much that beats that feeling of Summer! The saddest part of this being that I live a good drive from the beach so I have to leave those adventures only for very special occasions.

Enter... TROPICANA BEACH CLUB!

Hosted by Follow The Wolf Entertainment in partnership with Lexus Adelaide and Patron, the unique CBD beach club set up shop on the City Beach VolleyBall courts to entertain guests with International DJs, Flamenco Dancers, TopGun style VolleyBall and more!

Creating an experience worthy of the beaches in Ibiza, Tropicana Beach Club topped it off with a fashion show modelling the best summer trends this season lead by Australia Supermodel of the Year Curve, Jenna Hudson!

Thank you to PITCH + PRESS for the invite!

Being terminally single, I'm always jumping at the chance to be set-up with a possible second date.

Introducing... THE LOVE SHACK

With LIVE TINDER, a KISSING BOOTH, a SILENT DISCO and a MATCHMAKER, this festival of love went above and beyond that left us all as the heart eyes emoji.

Going with my group of singles girls, here's what they had to say!

Jas - The atmosphere was great, everyone seemed to be having fun and not taking these things to seriously either which made participating easy!

Bek - I literally couldn't stop watching the Isaac Lomman Hypnotism show, to be honest, I was a little skeptical with how it was going to pan out beforehand, but when Isaac starting to interact with people who were very obviously out of it... it was hilarious!

Alex - I was matched with a guy named David for my go on the ferris wheel. We spent majority of the trip talking about how funny this idea was, what school we went to, and eventually, how he used to date one of my best friends about a year ago... A bit of a bummer. But a great idea for anyone whose friends haven't already dated half of Adelaide!

A big thanks to Cale Porter for putting together such an amazing event!

And the mums have it!

In Amelia Ryan’s TheBreast Is Yet To Come, the gorgeous recent mother perfectly encapsulates pregnancy through the best way possible – a comedic cabaret!

Ryan was able to take the audience on a relatable journey of pregnancy, birth and beyond. With Ryan herself giving birth four months ago, her Fringe hour shows us the timelessness of pregnancy and the relatability of those blessed and hellish 9 months through witty anecdotes and high energy pop songs.

As a mother myself, Ryan had me smiling, laughing and whole-heartedly agreeing with every relevant and significant pregnancy milestone that we’ve all experienced (sometimes more than once!).

Amelia is a great entertainer and has gained herself a new fan who’s already excited for her 2019 show!

OH GIRL DO I HAVE A SHOW FOR YOU! OKURR!

Seriously, walking away from Two Brunettes and a Gay will leave you breathless, fabulous and craving a more, more, more Diva hits than ever!

God Save The Queens serves you glitter, gay and gorgeous cabaret, enterTaintment, voices to boot and costumes I'm ready to kidnap and put in my own closet.

Two sisters Deanna and Celeste are joined by resident gay, Aaron, to bring Adelaide a show which will have you in awe of the glamour and in stitches from jokes Bianca Del Rio would be proud of.

Fierce and fun, the group performs to such Queens as Madonna, Cher, Beyonce, Britney and Tina, just to name a few!

An astounding show from beginning to end with very obvious detail put into the performance in all aspects.

Go follow Deanna, Celeste and Aaron on their Instagrams, and the show on Facebook here!

Eternal vibrancy is being planned in Adelaide's West End Topham Mall precinct as the Lady Burra Brewhouse brand is expanding beyond their European influenced micro-brewery, restaurant and bar.

The innovative eatery will be announcing the opening of a Rooftop bar and Cellar Door that alternates it's featured Aussie wine monthly.

At the VIP opening of it's outdoor seating and dining area, owner Steven Kidd introduced the upcoming changes to their nightlife portfolio to the public.

The rapid expansion is hinting to Adelaide bar-goers to keep an eye out on the future venues when completed, as they are expected to rival that of parallel district, Peel St.

Lady Burra is a mistress not to miss! Come and fall in love with her next time your seeking a modern and cultural dining and drinking experience in the Adelaide CBD.

A big thank you to Girl About Town for the invitation!

I had really big expectations coming into this show. Many wouldn't know this about me, but I am obsessed with cults! In a totally normal and not weird way, I love the absurdity on how they were formed, the poor people that are coaxed in, and the god complexes of those 'in charge', is a fascinating example of humanity.

And with these high expectations set, I can say with absolute certainty that I LOVED Scientology The Musical

The jokes were perfect, from SP's to the SeaOrg, it was a musical mayhem of members horny for LRH and an intellectual deconstruction of modern religion in general.

If you don't know much about Scientology, you probably won't get all the jokes (hence why my sister and I were laughing at all the obscure ones), but if you're searching for a satirical and cynical peep into the tax-exempt, organised cult, this one's for you.

A great job by George Glass Productions, go follow their musical madness here.

Oh Baby, Baby, How was I supposed to know... Just how fun a Britney Sing-A-Long could be!

Hosted by a girl group in their own right, the outfit-on-point divas belt out Britney's classics with total respect for the Star and total disrespect for an over serious note-by-note tribute.

The Britney's are comedians that can sing, with a bewitching talent to engage the audience with 00's ballads.

When you're at the show in the infamous Raj House, you're at a show where you can sing your lungs out, dance your hardest and laugh along to the entertaining absurdity of It’s Britney B*tch: A Singalong

Fun, Wild and Nostalgic in the best way possible.
